It is an issue of ever-increasing importance in the travel and transportation industry. Quality assurance makes it possible to discover the source of errors and thus make fundamental improvements to internal processes.
Our quality system is based on ISO 9001 (implementation in progress) and is in accordance with JAR-OPS 1 regulations, which provides systematic support in helping us achieve our quality safety objectivities, and in our endeavors to constantly improve our safety-relevant processes.

At the Trade Air, safety takes the very highest priority. The training and further training of our personnel are subject to the strict observance of all relevant international and Croatian safety regulations. All our operational staff are selected subject to the very strictest criteria, and rigorous examinations are held to test their medical fitness and technical expertise.
The flight safety department's mission is to increase flight safety through prevention and consequently to exclude risk factors. The purpose of the department is to be available to management and employees in an advisory capacity with the aim of recognising and dealing with risk factors as early as possible before developing and implementing avoidance strategies. Flight safety is a dynamic field of specialisation - factors that may have happened years ago can have a real influence upon the course of a flight way the future. In such cases, it is necessary to collect information and to recognise trends on a continual basis.
